Payment methods.
All major payment types — including HSA and FSA — for both copays and full self-pay visits.
- Credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
- Debit cards. With or without PIN.
- HSA & FSA cards. For qualifying medical expenses.
- Cash & check. Made out to Martinsville Urgent Care.
- Insurance. We file your claim directly with most major plans, so most of the time you only pay your copay or deductible at the visit.
Billing questions
Confused about a charge?
No problem — call our office and we'll walk you through it line by line.
My insurance was supposed to cover this — why am I getting a bill?
A few possible reasons: your deductible may not have been met, the service may have a copay or coinsurance, or your insurance may have processed the claim differently than expected. Call us and we'll review the explanation of benefits with you.
Can I set up a payment plan?
Yes. If a balance is too much to pay all at once, call us and we'll work out a manageable plan together. We don't send bills to collections without trying to work with you first.
Do you offer self-pay rates if I'm uninsured?
Yes. Ask at check-in or call ahead. Self-pay rates are typically less than what an insured patient pays out of pocket.
I lost my statement — can you resend it?
Of course. Call our office and we can email or mail you a new copy.
